Return policy
If you wish to return or exchange the product, the following conditions must be met:
- Products tailored specifically for the customer, such as products with a name and number printed on them, are not refundable or exchangeable at all.
- If you wish to cancel the order before it is shipped to you, please contact us within 24 hours from the time of ordering.
- For products that are not specifically tailored for the customer, the customer requests a return or exchange via WhatsApp within a maximum period of 24 from the date of receiving the product.
- When exchanging or returning the product must be in good condition, undamaged, unused before, complete packaging, and no stickers removed.
- If you wish to cancel the order after 24 hours, the order will be considered in progress and the product will be returned and shipping fees will be non-refundable.
- If the product is approved to be returned, the amount will be transferred to your account within 7 working days after the shipment arrives at the site and it is confirmed that it is in its normal condition.
- Shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable. When the shipment is received from the customer and the shipment is returned again to the store, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping amount upon the exchange process. The customer bears all shipping fees.
- If there is an error from the store, whether a different product, a different size, or a shortage in the order, the store bears all costs.
